Solvency Investigation

There are many types of Solvency Investigations, ranging from the most basic (Summary Solvency Investigation) to the most complex (Financial Investigation).

The first step is to verify the information submitted to your company by the insured or future policyholder (date of birth, address, etc.). We then continue with the necessary research in order to determine the general financial situation of the individual or company (legal files, credit references and banking information). At this point, if a more thorough investigation is deemed necessary, information concerning the policyholder’s employment, in the case of an individual, and his or her assets is obtained and confirmed.

The Solvency Investigation is a basic risk management tool and the starting point of all insurance fraud investigations because it provides a summary of the insured or future policyholder’s financial behaviour, which can also be an indicator of his or her integrity.



Risk Evaluation
